Our 100% satisfaction guaranteed policy ensures that any product you purchase through SexySkinz.com meets the highest standards.

For whatever reason you are not satisfied with the product(s), you can easily and quickly exchange the item(s) within 14 days if you bought the product online only.
Each product should be returned in perfect condition, unworn, with tags attached and in its original packaging.

For hygiene purposes, we do not accept returns or exchanges of panties and boxers except when there is a manufacturing defect.

For each U.S. order, you place, you have to pay for the return.

Before making a change, it is essential that you consider the following company policies:

  • All sales are final.
    • No refunds of money are made.
    • No changes are made to products already changed.
    • Our products are of intimate use, therefore to carry out the process of change, the garment must not have been used or altered from its original condition and must keep the delivery conditions such as label and packaging.
    • The garment must be in the same condition as it was received, that is, without cuts, loose threads, with the straps, hooks and accessories that the product includes.
    • Product changes are made by size and color of the same reference. In case of making a reference change, this must have a price equal to or greater than the one ordered, since the company does not make refunds of money or credits in favor.
    • The cost of returning the product and sending the new garment must be pay by the customer. Upon receiving the garment on the premises, the company will contact the customer to make the corresponding payment.
  • The time for the changes of the purchased garments is 14 days after the invoice has been issued.

We remind our clients that our products are considered intimate garments. The company has high quality standards that grant the ability to accept or not garments that do not comply with the policies for the change for hygiene or care conditions.

 Guarantee policies

  • If the purchase was in person, you should go to any of the Fajas Shapewear Sexyskinz stores.
    • For guarantee purposes it is necessary to present the receipt of payment.
    • The company has 3 business days to respond to their clients regarding warranty issues, considering that the days will be counted once the product is received at our facilities.
    • The guarantee request is subject to an evaluation by the quality area, where it is determined if the damage caused is due to the misuse or particularity of the material. In case it is determined that it is due to the improper use of the product, the company will be exempted from the guarantee.
    • Damage to the lace and hooks are not included in the warranty.
    • Our product is of intimate use, therefore to make the guarantee request, the garment must be in excellent hygiene and cleanliness conditions, totally free of odors and body fluids.
    • The time for the guarantee of the purchased garments is 30 business days after the invoice has been issued.
    • We do not accept guarantees of garments modified or altered by third parties.

You can easily and quickly exchange our products. Here are the different types of exchanges:

  1. Exchanges for products worth the same amount: There will be no additional charge or refund.
  2. Exchanges for products with a lesser amount: The difference will be credited back to the card used for the original transaction.
    Please allow 2 to 7 business days for this amount to reflect in your account.
  3. Exchanges for products with a greater amount: The difference will be charged to the card used for the original transaction.
    If the original transaction was processed through Paypal, you will have to return the item and then you will need to submit a new order for the new item(s).
