Guarantee policies

• If The Purchase Was In Person, You Should Go To Any Of The Fajas Shapewear Sexyskinz Stores.

• For Guarantee Purposes It Is Necessary To Present The Receipt Of Payment.

• The Guarantee Request Is Subject To An Evaluation By The Quality Area, Where It Is Determined If The Damage Caused Is Due To The Misuse Or Particularity Of The Material. In Case It Is Determined That It Is Due To The Improper Use Of The Product, The Company Will Be Exempted From The Guarantee.

• Damage To The Lace And Hooks Are Not Included In The Warranty.

• Our Product Is Of Intimate Use, Therefore To Make The Guarantee Request, The Garment Must Be In Excellent Hygiene And Cleanliness Conditions, Totally Free Of Odors And Body Fluids.

• The Time For The Guarantee Of The Purchased Garments Is 14 Business Days After The Invoice Has Been Issued.

• We Do Not Accept Guarantees Of Garments Modified Or Altered By Third Parties.

Politicas de Garantia

Sexyskinz Shapewear Fajas Otorga Garantía De Sus Prendas En Insumos Como Broches, Cremalleras, Telas Y Costuras. Cuando El Cliente Solicite Hacer Uso De La Garantía Que Brinda La Compañía, La Solicitud Estará Sujeta A Evaluación Por Parte Del Área De Calidad, Donde Se Determinará Si El Motivo Del Daño De La Prenda Es Por Un Mal Uso O Por Una Particularidad Del Material O De La Confección.

Si Se Determina Que El Daño De La Prenda Es Por Mal Uso, La Empresa Se Exonera De La Garantía. En Caso De Acordar Una Reparación, Esta Será Asumida Por El Cliente.

Lo Anterior Considerando De Que El Área De Calidad Será Quien Emita El Resultado De Aprobación O Negación De La Solicitud De Garantía.

•Para Efectos De Garantía, Debe Remitirse Al Canal O Punto De Venta En El Cual Realizó La Compra.

•Daños En Silicona Y Abrochaduras No Están Incluidos En La Garantía.

•Nuestro Producto Es De Uso Íntimo, Por Lo Tanto, Para Efectuar La Solicitud De Garantía, La Prenda Se Debe Encontrar En Excelentes Condiciones De Higiene Y Limpieza, Totalmente Libre De Olores Y Fluidos Corporales.

•El Tiempo Para Hacer Efectiva La Garantía De Las Prendas Adquiridas Es De 14 Días Hábiles Después De Expedida La Factura.

•No Se Aceptan Garantías De Prendas Modificadas O Alteradas Por Terceros.

Shipping Policies

• When You Deliver The Order To The Carrier, You Will Receive The Confirmation Of The Shipment And The Tracking Number To The Email.

• The Order Will Be Processed Between One Or Two Business Days And The Shipment Will Take Three To Six Business Days.

• The Company Is Not Responsible For Delays Or Inconveniences That May Arise In The Shipment By Transport Agencies, After The Order Has Been Handled To The Service Provider. We Exempt The Company To Hold Any Responsabilities To The Buyer Regarding Delayed Online And In-Store Orders.

• The Customer Must Send And Verify The Corresponding Shipping Address, If A Refund Is Incurred By Mistake In The Data Provided, The Cost Of Return To The Address Must Be Borne By The User.

• Sexyskinz Shapewear Fajas, Is Not Responsible For Lost Or Stolen Packages. The Service Provider Will Usually Determine If The Order Can Be Left In A Secure And Protected Place At The Delivery Address.

• No Orders Will Be Shipped On Holidays. Sunday Is Not Considered A Business Day And There Is No Delivery Service.

•El Cliente Deberá Enviar Y Verificar La Dirección De Entrega, Si Una Devolución Es Ocurrida Por Error En Los Datos Provisionados, El Costo De La Devolución A La Dirección Correcta Será Asumido Por El Cliente.

•Sexyskinz Shapewear Fajas No Es Responsable De Paquetes Perdidos O Hurtados. El Transportador Usualmente Es El Encargo De Determinar Si El Paquete Se Deja En Un Lugar Seguro.

If you are not happy with your garment, we will gladly accept your return/exchange request within 48 hours of your delivery date. To initiate a return/exchange request, please email info@sexyskinz.com with your order number and reason of returnPlease see below for Exchange/Returns Instructions.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund, store credit/exchange if the garment(s) returned are not in the time frame given, original condition, do not meet our quality standards, or reasons outside our responsabilities as Company. For sanitary reasons please keep underwear on when trying on the garment.

WE DON'T DO ANY EXCHANGES, RETURNS OR REFUNDS TO IN-STORE PURCHASES. 

As a medical grade compression company, our policies have to ensure that our company follows FDA regulations, and remains in compliance.

Please note: We cannot accept a return/exchange (even within 5 days) in certain situations such as:

• Products showing wear and tear (missing/cut tag as proof of authentication).
• Past the 2-day deadline (no exceptions).
• Items damaged by misuse, alterations, bodily secretion, white markings.
• Items listed as final sale garments/accessories.
• Instances of abuse of the Sexyskinz Shapewear Fajas Return Policy.

Return/Exchange Requirements

Returns are subject to quality approval by our quality assurance department. A 12.75% restocking fee (the price of the garment) will be charged if the garment is missing the criteria listed below. Please take extra care to inspect all returned items to ensure they meet these requirements:

• Unused.
• Unworn.
• Free of hair and odors (body odor or perfume).
• No stretch marks or permanent wrinkles.
• Original Packaging.
• Tags attached.
• Unstained (Deodorant white markings, bodily secretions).
• Not damaged (broken zipper, torn, etc.).
• Missing straps.
• NOT a final sale garment.

What items are returnable?

• Waist Cinchers.
• Body Shapers.
• Post-Surgical Garments are subjected to approval.

What items are non-returnable?

• Garments missing the attached tag (proof of authentication).
• Thongs Body Shapers.
• Final Sale Garments.
• Accessories.
• SPECIAL REQUEST ORDERS.

Are there any charges for an exchange or return?
Customers must provide their own postage for returns and exchanges, for exchanges you will be charged $8.00 to ship your new order. The original shipping and handling fees will not be refunded. We do not provide pre-paid return labels. Please allow 1-3 business days to process your exchange, we thank you for your patience.

RETURN/EXCHANGE INSTRUCTIONS

1. Please send an email to info@sexyskinz.com including the order number and return/exchange request. You will be contacted by customer service within one-two business days. For exchanges, please include your desired exchange size. Ship your garment using a traceable and insured form of delivery, and forward us the tracking number within 48 hours after delivery date to accept the exchange/return and confirm original payment method is available to receive a refund. We are not responsible of any delayed/lost/stolen items. Online orders may not be returned in-store.

2. All exchanges are processed within 1-3 business days of arrival; you will be notified with an email confirming the exchange.

How soon will I get my store credit or refund?
Once your return is received, please allow 5-15 business days for our quality assurance department to inspect and process your return. Once your return/exchange has been processed and your refund is issued you will be notified via email with your refund confirmation. Please allow 5-10 business days for the amount to be reflected in your original payment method (this may vary depending on your financial institution).

Faulty Item

In the rare event there is a manufacturing defect, please contact us at info@sexyskinz.com within 24 hours of the delivery of your garment to inform us of the issue, claim will be subjected to approval. Must include photographs of defects. If we are not notified within 24 hours of receiving the garment with the requested information, your claim will not be approved. The replacement of the garment must be the same style and size and must meet the criteria above. You must include a photo of the damage/defect with your email for us to address your concern.
