Shipping policy
1. Shipping & Transit Responsibility

Carrier Liability Limitation: Once a package leaves our facility and is scanned by the shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, DHL, or FedEx), SexySkinz relinquishes all liability for the physical transit of the goods.

No Delivery Guarantees: Tracking numbers provide an estimated delivery timeframe generated by the courier. SexySkinz does not guarantee exact arrival dates. Delays caused by weather, customs, sorting facility backups, or carrier errors are outside our control and do not qualify for refunds.

Lost or Stalled Packages: SexySkinz is not liable for lost, stolen, or stalled packages. Any compensation or recovery will be governed strictly by our third-party insurance carrier's timeline and approved valuation limits.
2. Order Processing & Transit Times

Processing Windows: Standard orders are processed and packaged within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays and major federal holidays).

Domestic Delivery: Shipping within the USA (including PR, HI, AK, and Guam) typically takes 7–10 business days post-carrier pickup.

International Delivery: International shipping times vary by destination, typically taking 10–24 business days.

Expedited Shipping: Paying for priority shipping prioritizes transit after the package leaves our store; it does not bypass standard processing timeframes or guarantee delivery dates against carrier delays.
3. Customs, Duties, & International Fees

Import Fees: International orders may be subject to local import duties, taxes, and customs fees levied by the destination country. The customer is solely responsible for all customs fees, duties, and taxes. SexySkinz has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

Customs Delays & Refusals: SexySkinz is not responsible for packages delayed, held, or confiscated by customs. If a customer refuses a shipment due to import fees, the customer is responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees incurred, and the cost of returning the package to us.
4. Address Accuracy & Deliverability

Customer Verification Responsibility: The customer is solely responsible for ensuring the shipping address provided at checkout is complete and accurate.

Return-to-Sender Fees: If an incorrect or incomplete address results in the package being returned to us, the customer will be responsible for paying all additional shipping costs required to reship the package.
5. Promotion, Discount, & Campaign Policies

Departmental Separation: Online promotional campaigns and flash sales are handled independently by our web operations department. Customer care and storefront personnel do not have advance visibility or retroactive authority over automated discounts.

Non-Stackable Discounts: Promotional codes, veteran discounts, store credits, and complimentary shipping offers cannot be stacked or combined. Only one discount may be applied per individual order.

Retroactive Price Adjustments: Promotional pricing is only valid during the explicit timeframe advertised. SexySkinz does not offer retroactive discount applications for orders placed before or after a promotional window has closed.
