- Carrier & Address Liability: SexySkinz is not liable for carrier delays, lost/stolen packages, or incorrect addresses. The customer covers return shipping fees if an incorrect address is provided.

- Hygiene First: As an FDA-regulated company, please keep underwear on when trying on garments.
- 72-Hour Window: Online purchases can be exchanged for size/color (same style) or store credit within 72 hours of delivery. Submit requests via our Return Portal.
- Exclusions: Exchanges will be denied for worn items, final sale/discounted products, recovery accessories, or items with stains/alterations.
Hand Wash Only: Wash gently by hand to preserve the compression fabric.
Air Dry: Dry in the shade. Do not use a clothes dryer.
Do Not Wring: Avoid twisting or wringing out the garment to maintain its shape and structure.
Do Not Iron: Keep heat away from the material to protect the elastic fibers.
Do Not Bleach: Avoid harsh chemicals or bleaching agents.
